💰 Fees
You should expect to pay the following amounts to attend the conference. Conference fees help support our programming, venues, and food.
- Student and faculty – early bird: $80
- Student and faculty: $85
🏨 Hotels
We have secured a very limited room block with the USC Hotel that you can take advantage of, at a rate of $199/night + tax. The USC Hotel is the most convenient way to access campus and the conference – especially as many conference events will happen at the hotel!
Optionally, you may choose to find your own hotel in the area; Downtown Los Angeles has options within reasonable commute distance of the USC campus. See our hotel information page for additional details.
🚆 Transportation
Since USC is in a dense, urban part of Los Angeles, we highly recommend choosing public transit, biking/walking, or rideshare instead of driving your own vehicle.
Public transportation: The Metro E Line light rail serves three stops around the USC campus. Many different bus lines also stop around the campus, including Metro 754/204/38/2 and LADOT’s DASH F shuttle to Downtown Los Angeles. See Metro’s or LADOT’s websites for more information.
Parking is $20/day on the USC campus. Availability may be limited.
